The Ritz London Has Revived The Jazz Age Supper Club For An Unforgettable Night On The Town
Putting On The Ritz

The 1930s and ‘40s were the Golden Age of the supper club, elaborate dining establishments where high society gathered for an evening of fine cuisine, big band sounds, and dancing.

The Ritz London relives those glamorous days with Live at the Ritz, an evening of fine dining and live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night.

Executive chef, John Williams, MBE, has created a candlelight dinner service, which offers diners the choice of dishes meant for two, such as a baked Alaska with cherry flambé presented tableside; a Live at the Ritz four-course prix fixe, including the chef's specialty, loin of lamb; or selections from The Ritz Restaurant's Michelin-starred à la carte menu–may we suggest the succulent native lobster sourced from southwest Scotland?

The devil is in the details, and The Ritz London doesn’t miss a single one.

Dance The Night Away

The Ritz London has revived the heyday of dinner and dancing, but does so in its inimitable style for a one-of-a-kind experience that won't soon be forgotten, and for some, bears repeating.

Music from the Great American Songbook–Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack–fills the room, as do songs made famous by the likes of Cole Porter and Nat King Cole performed by maestro Peter O'Donnell and his four piece hotel band. An after-dinner set by O'Donnell and the band welcomes guests to dance the night away as do presentations by fabulous professional dancers performing tango, rumba, and salsa numbers.

It's all wrapped up in a spectacular setting where the dimly lit ambiance adds to the evening’s dreamy effect. Overhead, a gilded bronze garland encircles a painted sky ceiling with puffy clouds, and gold chandeliers cast a lively glow.
